Shipping policy

Effective Date: 1 January 2025

At Natuvo, we aim to deliver your pet’s favorite supplies quickly and safely across Canada. Please read our shipping details below so you know exactly what to expect when you order from us.

1. Processing Time

Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days after payment is confirmed.
Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed the next business day.

2. Shipping Rates & Free Shipping

Free shipping is available on all orders over $75 CAD (before taxes and after discounts) within Canada.
Orders under $75 CAD will have shipping costs calculated at checkout based on your location and order weight.

3. Shipping Locations

We currently ship to all provinces and territories in Canada.
At this time, we do not ship internationally.

4. Estimated Delivery Times

Delivery times vary depending on your location and the shipping carrier:

Major cities: 3–7 business days
Remote or rural areas: 7–14 business days

Please note: These are estimated times provided by carriers. Delays may occur due to weather, postal disruptions, or peak seasons.

5. Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number so you can monitor your shipment.

6. Lost or Delayed Packages

If your package has not arrived within the estimated delivery time, please contact us at natuvo.ca@gmail.com.
We will work with the shipping carrier to resolve the issue.

7. Damaged Packages

If your order arrives damaged, please email us within 48 hours of delivery with:

Photos of the damaged item and packaging
Your order number

We will arrange a replacement or refund depending on the situation.
